I’m Prajakt Deotale, Industry Director for Telecom at Microsoft, working with operators and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on how AI changes the way networks are built, run and sold.
This site is where I publish long-form essays and thought-leadership papers on AI in telecoms, enterprise AI adoption and inclusive technology. The views are my own, not Microsoft’s.
I’ve published more than thirty thought-leadership papers on AI and telecoms, on the Microsoft Cloud blog, LinkedIn and the BrainAI Insights page. This site brings that writing together in one place, alongside new work.
Outside the day job I’m the founder of BrainAI, a patented multi-agent AI framework modelled on how the human brain plans, remembers, evaluates and decides. I also teach on the Microsoft AI Skills for Accessibility programme with Founderz, and work with my family on BeingPurple.co.uk, an accessibility and inclusion platform recognised with a UK Prime Minister’s Points of Light award.
Before this I built Microsoft UK’s local and regional government advisory business, led smart-city programmes with the Open University and Milton Keynes Council, and co-founded InnovateMK, Milton Keynes’ first startup incubator.
